On Wednesday all of the school took part in a (Covid Safe) Magical Christmas Day.
The children celebrated our Magical Christmas Day by visiting Santa in his Grotto along with his assistant elf.
Santa gave each child a selection box and book.

Today the whole school enjoyed taking part in a virtual Christingle service. Although we all missed the visit to the church it was lovely to come together (in our own classroom bubbles) reflect on the meaning of the Christingle and sing ‘Away in a Manger’.
Here’s the video recorded especially for us to help us understand the significance of the Christingle to Christians.
Dancing reindeer have been spotted this morning in Nursery and Reception. An exciting sign as we move towards Wednesday’s exciting magical Village Christmas.

Lots of Christmas activities might not be going ahead because of Covid but that hasn’t stopped KS2 children learning and singing a range of Christmas Carol’s. We hope it puts you in a festive mood.
